General Job Profile:

Requirements : Recognized leadership behavior among management and peers;

Supervision : Fertility KAM works under general direction of BUM and is a more strategic than tactical nature. Their work is reviewed for support of business plan objectives.

Fertility Sales Specialists are recognized as role models throughout the organization. They consistently exceed agreed upon business objectives and performance standards, and show superior skill with assigned customers.

Fertility KAMs also demonstrate a high level of understanding of the customer’s business and organization together with strong customer relationships.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize daily sales call activities to optimize the use of time and maximize the achievement of sales and market share objectives.
  • Demonstrate medium to long term planning objectives.
  • Ensure adequate and continuously feedback by reporting files.
  • Organize and utilize promotional support materials to supplement sales activities
  • Ensure clear, concise, and accurate communication of product information using proper medical terminology following regulatory guidance.
  • Maintain high level of technical expertise including competitive product knowledge and the ability to convey this in manner relevant to the customer
  • Demonstrate persistence to accomplish objectives despite disappointments and/or rejection of original efforts.
  • Listen and respond appropriately to customer needs that will ensure acceptance of, or agreement with, a "call plan" objective.
Who you are:
  • Owner of university degree, medical doctor or pharmacist would be considered advantage.
  • Previous experience in Gynecology field a plus .
